Very helpful
For someone who has struggled with insomnia, these are extremely helpful. They generally help me to fall asleep within a few hours after taking it and my sleep is restful. I don't typically experience grogginess when taking Unisom SleepGels but I do have a harder time waking up in the mornings. Overall, I will continue to buy them! Difficult to swallow the blue gel capsule. Need to take an hour prior to desired sleep time. It was recommended by the pharmacist as an over the counter sleep aid. Wish it did not get stuck in my throat! It is also pricey and recommend using coupon to help drop the cost. Decent sleep aid
I bought this during my pregnancy and still use it over a year later. It helped me through bouts of sleep deprivation. I have trouble falling asleep and this helps me dose off 20 min after taking.
