He followed all the directions and did sleep better than normal. He didn't have any weird interactions with all the meds he is on or side effects. Works great

It is so much better than what I was using before. I fall asleep fast and wake up refreshed. I don’t wake up multiple times in the middle of the night since taking this. For those that have trouble sleeping.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had taken this years ago when I was having trouble sleeping; it didn't help. When I was asked to review this, I thought that I'd give it another shot. Needless to say, that I couldn't fall asleep, and when I did (I set my tv timer for an hour (11pm)), I was awake 3 hours later. I don't know if the dosage isn't strong enough, or if it's just me. Great sleep aid
