Works like a charm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tiny little gels are great! Easy to swallow, worked to help me fall asleep and stay asleep through the night. I felt rested when I woke up. Definitely needed to make sure it was an 8 hour sleep to use these. Unisom is saving my sanity!

Helps with sleep

When I woke up the next day I felt like I had gotten a good nights sleep and didn’t feel any grogginess throughout the day. Great night sleep

I felt drowsy pretty quickly after taking. I fell asleep and slept sound through the whole night. Woke up fresh in the morning. He followed all the directions and did sleep better than normal. He didn't have any weird interactions with all the meds he is on or side effects. Works great

It is so much better than what I was using before. I fall asleep fast and wake up refreshed. I don’t wake up multiple times in the middle of the night since taking this. For those that have trouble sleeping.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had taken this years ago when I was having trouble sleeping; it didn't help. When I was asked to review this, I thought that I'd give it another shot. Needless to say, that I couldn't fall asleep, and when I did (I set my tv timer for an hour (11pm)), I was awake 3 hours later. I don't know if the dosage isn't strong enough, or if it's just me.
