    Reoccurring UTI

    I've had UTI's recently since being on Promote only. I can't take anything with mannos in it I have CKDIf you have any advice , text me please.

    Wonderful

    So grateful to have some probiotics specifically for vaginal health. I take Promote along with my regular probiotic, and the combo seems to be doing the trick. So thankful!

    UTI free

    After starting on the Uquora regime with Promote being key in this I've been UTI free. just 15 days taking it a month and 15 days off it has made a big difference in my life. Having MS and incontinence from that this has been a great addition to my toolbelt in combating this.

    Good gut health with subscription ease

    I feel that this probiotic has helped with my gut and urinary tract health. I love that I can get it mailed to me so I don't ever run out. But the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I prefer the old daily pill dosage. It's much easier to remember to take a pill daily than it is to take it for 15 days, skip 15 days, and then repeat the cycle. More than once I've forgotten to resume after 15 days and so the schedule gets shifted. I wish they'd offer the option of a daily pill for those of us who aren't good at keeping track of these things.

    Half as Beneficial??

    I was happy with Promote when I took it every day. Now I pay just as much and get half the product and only half the benefit. My UTI starts to come back before the 2 off weeks are over I m not a happy camper anymore.
