These multivitamins are very easy to take; they are the perfect size, with only 15 calories per serving (two chews). They are not too small or too big, taste amazing, and are easy to chew. These multivitamins include a variety of essential vitamins, including vitamins A, C, D3, E, and several B vitamins. These gummies work and give me energy
These gummies were fresh and tasty. This is by far my favorite brand of vitamin gummies because they actually give me energy. They are good quality, and my body reacts very well to them. That's not the case with all vitamin gummy brands. I also like that they don't have a sugary coating. I'm able to double up on the dose by taking them in the am & pm with no side effects, just benefits, which I often do for preventive or if I am getting sick.
