I am submitting same review as RJ. I use a Tablespoon to measure the marine powder, and it is not even close to 18 servings, only 9. Ridiculously expensive. Love the marine option
I am only on day #2; so, time will tell on how well this works. Since I have Alpha Gal red meat allergy, the bovine collagen is a no for me, and I am happy to find this option. HALF AIR!
When I open the product it's half full of air!! Unbelievable. The design of opening the item also breaks off all the time as well.Reply from vitalproteins.comHace 4 mesesThank you for your message! Happy to provide some information regarding our product filling quantities: Our canisters are filled by weight (as specified by the number of ounces on your canister) rather than volume. We leave extra room in the canister to allow for the product to expand and settle, as it tends to do so during transport. If a powder product like ours is filled to an excess, this can lead to damage to the canister/product if the powder expands and breaches the inner induction seal. To account for this, we provide an average fill line on our canisters indicated by a small line at the edge of your product's label and is labeled "FILL LINE". Have additional question? Not happy.... definitely NOT happy!!
After hearing all the hype about this stuff and doing some research with ingredients I figured what the heck and decided to buy a container and see what the fuss was about and boy... I am NOT happy. I barely ever write reviews but this time I had to. I bought a container of the marine collagen on January 29, 2025, I dug out my trusty tbsp measuring spoon and started taking it on January 30, 2025. Today Is Feb 8, 2025 and my container is empty. How, after taking a 3tbsp serving daily, do I now have an empty container that was supposed to last me 18 days?? It's only been 9 days?!?! I've spent all that money for nine days.... For a product that is supposed to show results in weeks, how can I evaluate if this stuff works with this little amount? Also, the packaging is horrible, and I would look for a different product just for this reason. Horrible new packaging
Love the product but the new packaging is absurd. Person who designed it should be fired. Not effective
I used the original collagen for 6 months and had good results but it upset my stomach so I switched to marine.
