Out of all of the flavors, this one is my favorite. Not too sweet and not too bland. The flavor is just right. It goes well with many foods and the flavor is not at all empowering. The texture is smooth. As far as the labeling, it is simple yet effective at providing the vitamins and ingredients that are present. I carry one of these with me everywhere. It gives me the energy I need when I feel drained and the hydration as well.
