Everyone is different, and maybe I'm new to iron supplements, but my doc prescribed these for me because my Ferrin levels were low. After taking for three days, the burps and bloating were just unbearable and I had to stop taking. Currently looking for something else. These seem to be good, maybe just not for me. I do know that you should take on an empty stomach 1 hour before a meal, or 2 hours after. I always feel energized after taking one tablet of Vitron C. It's a great product to fight the fatigue that comes with anemia. Keeps my iron level up
