Loss of Quality. Loss of Trust
I have used Viva paper towels for quite some time and thought they were the best. However, I must say that the change that was instituted in the new design is extremely disappointing. It's getting too close to the other brands of paper towels. With the original paper towels you were able to clean and clean and they would last but these new towels wind up being used much faster. If they are going to stay like this I will have to reassess what I am using and use the lowest cost with value as it seems the different brands will all be about the same.Reply from social media team2 weeks agoThanks for being a loyal customer. Best paper towels
Viva are by far my favorite paper towels! They’re so soft and high quality I almost feel bad throwing them away. They’re great for cleaning windows as they don’t leave lint behind and don’t rip when cleaning other surfaces. The only thing is they’re more expensive. Sandpaper now, used to be the best
I have been using these for years because of how thick and soft they are, or were might be more appropriate. I have a large family pack I just opened and just went to wash my face and it like sandpaper.
