My grandmother has arthritis and I have been using it on her for her hands she says it helps relieve the pain for sometime! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This work decently enough. Creams will never be as effective for me as oral medication, but I suppose it's not safe to do that all the time. I found this to be more effective than other otc creams I have used, but I didn't find it to be super long lasting. It didn't seem to irritate my skin after regular use, so that's another plus.
