No harsh smell!

Its thin consistency makes it easy to absorb into the skin and the scent is amazing! I can smell this all day. Good product for arthritis.

can't open with tube design
The recent purchase of 2-tubes per box has a new twist-off ratchet-type opening which I could not figure out how to use. So I cut open the tube. Finally, I noticed the lid has a depression with the ratchet shape that you can use. But no where can I find is any information provided to the user. What a stupid idea!!!
