Difficult to load battery
I had an extremely difficult time figuring out how to insert the battery. After trying for 15 minutes to peel back the soft plastic handle (partially tearing it in the process) I was able to see how to load the battery. It also wasn't clear which tip to use to trim nose and ear hairs.

To noisy.. it’s louder than my razor.. the first one was broke so returned it for this second same one .. fixing to buy a different trimmer
