This is a nice product. It’s jarred garlic and works in a pinch. You can use it in any recipe that asks for fresh garlic and you will still get that garlic aroma and flavor without having to chop it up. This is really good. I like that. It's in water so it doesn't add any additional flavors to the recipe that I'm adding it to and it doesn't have any chemically flavor.
