I have consistently utilized this eyeliner for over five years. Its waterproof formulation and broad tip enable the effortless creation of a winged line. Amazing Product AND Budget Friendly
I have used this liquid eyeliner for years and I swear it is superior over all other brands. This stuff dries super fast, is actually waterproof like it claims, AND I have never had an issue with it cracking or flaking during the day. Once it’s fully dry, I haven’t experienced any smearing, and it doesn’t feel sticky on your eyelids. Removal is super simple and easy- I use a Qtip and a simple eye makeup remover and it melts away. But the BEST thing about this eyeliner is the price point. Do not think for a second that this is a cheap product bc of the price. Bury me with this eyeliner

I have a hard time with eyeliner wearing off mid-day. I've tried multiple products to no avail. This Wet & Wild eyeliner is one of the few to stay put and last all day, without migrating down to my cheeks. Would repurchase for sure
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly eyeliner that actually works, especially during a busy day where you might sweat, go to practice, get lunch, then hang out, this is a solid pick. For a teen looking to step up their liner game, I’d totally recommend it. It’s stylish, holds up, and doesn’t break the bank. Would I buy again? Not the same
I have loved the h2o proof liquid eyeliner for over 20 years because it stayed put and I have a vintage aesthetic. If anything it was harder to put on because it wanted to stay put but that was welcome over this!. The last two I have purchased (separately) smudge/smear at the slightest hint of oil on my skin. It’s annoying and embarrassing. I’m disappointed. It’s also weird that the formula supposedly hasn’t changed. So perhaps they are using poor quality ingredients now. I’m sad. Waterproof and perfect!
