Waterproof and perfect!

Is not wayerproof
This eyeliner literally smudges everywhere. I tend to have watery eyes and if a single drop touches this eyeliner is smudges everywhere. I've never had this issue with the other liquid eyeliner not advertised as waterproof. Good liner

Pretty good for the price
Felt tip is firm and applies easily. Doesn't make my eyes water. You need a good oil/silicone based remover. Not for me
The tip of this eyeliner was hard for me to use. It's shaped like a felt tip pen, pointier at the tip, then fat, like a football shape. It was super hard to get thin lines without messing up. The liquid eyeliner I usually buy has a small/thin brush tip, much easier to use. Also, it says that it's waterproof but it smudged so fast when my eyes got even slightly teary.0 users found this review helpful.
