Works very well. It is fast acting to relieve stress and minor aches from sore muscles. It has a wonderful peppermint scent that invigorates your senses and relaxes your mind. Takes your mind off the pain or stress you may be having at that time to relieve it and de-stress. It comes in a perfect size to take with you any where you have to travel,
