Cleanest Water on the Market!
I have been using ZeroWater technology for over a decade now and have peace of mind knowing that I am drinking the cleanest and healthiest water I can get on the market. That is until the new Culligan/Zerowater systems came out. I recently upgraded to the new 33 cup Culligan filter system, and I am again impressed with the new filter specifications and operation of this new unit. TY Culligan and ZeroWater! Best there is, best there ever will be!0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on Culligan - RobHReviewed 4 months ago
Major Filter Design Flaw
Of the 10 filters I've used with the 32 cup dispenser, only 2 have worked properly. Most will work for a week or two, and then stop filtering - or will filter only when the bottom of the filter is above the water line in the dispenser. So frustrating. I just purchased 4 more filters, and the first one won't filter at all. So frustrating. I want a refund so I can buy a product that actually works, but am not holding my breath.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on Culligan - ButterflyReviewed 6 months ago

Filter quality dramatically dropped recently
I've noticed these filters don't last as long as they used to before the water starts tasting off and the TDS numbers skyrocket. This started a couple months ago and I find it hard to believe the tap water quality has gotten so bad the filters last 1-2 weeks when they used to last 4-6 weeks. The amount of time the filters last has decreased dramatically in the past 6 months from 6 weeks to 4-6 to 3-4, and now 1.5-2 weeks. Less than 2 weeks is ridiculous.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on Culligan - NickReviewed 6 months ago
Beware of Microplastics from Zero Filters
The plastic packaging at the top of the filters flakes off into the water....0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on Culligan - Sí, recomiendoMargieKCompra verificadaReviewed 9 months ago
Air bubbles
These work very well most of the time. Lately I've been having difficulty with all of the water filtering down. It seems like air gets trapped in the filter. I have to tilt the pitcher until I get the air bubbles out before all the water can filter.Reply from CulliganHace 9 mesesThank you for contacting ZeroWater. From time to time the filter can develop an air lock, some little air pockets or air bubbles that get trapped down inside the filter. Typically this is an easy and quick fix, simply remove the filter from the container and unscrew it from the tray. Then hold the filter sideways/horizontal and grip the filter very tightly and shake the filter with some good force side to side and back and forth 8 to 10 times. This will loosen the filter media and break the air lock.Saludos,ZeroWater Team0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on Culligan - MJF76Reviewed 9 months ago
The new filters leak in my pitcher.
The new filters are useless. They do not seal in my pitcher - only in my 5 gal unit. My old filter seals just fine in my pitcher, so it's not my unit. I knew when Culligan took this over the quality would drop.Reply from CulliganHace 9 mesesThank you for contacting ZeroWater.
