Stops colds or decreases length

Trying for the first time
I woke up this morning and felt a little off. Nothing crazy but it feels like a cold is coming on. I went out to pickup lunch and stopped by the pharmacy for this product, thinking I will give it a shot. I have only taken one dose so I can't yet comment on its effectiveness but will repost in a few days.
