My case display became inactive to I launched a support call. Hazel Brook was assigned and set up a video call. My computer does not have microphone so she called for audio. She quickly found the problem on the second option for a fix and now my Atom X works like it should. She was friendly, listened and understood my issue and found the fix in minutes. Just minutes in
So far, I just onboarded a few minutes ago. Tinnitus in one ear and at times loss of balance. First few minutes of adjustment and guidance and off and running. I can hear... a blessing and now know why my father would pull his out. Sometimes a blessing itself to not hear 😉 the coworkers.
