MiraLAX

MiraLAX is an osmotic laxative used to help relieve occasional constipation. MiraLAX is available over the counter in an easy-to-use powder form. MiraLAX contains the active ingredient polyethylene glycol 3350. MiraLAX does not contain gluten, sugar, or preservatives.

Adults and children 17 years of age or older can use the MiraLAX cap to measure 17 grams of powder by filling the white section of the cap with powder up to the indicated line. Then simply mix the powder into 4 - 8 ounces of your beverage of choice. If you don't want to worry about measuring or need an easily portable solution, single-dose packets of MiraLAX are also available.
