The Symphony medical alert system includes simple, easy-to-use devices to help keep your loved ones safer at home in case of a fall or other emergency. With 24/7 emergency response monitoring, a professional response team stands by to alert emergency responders if an emergency is detected through voice activation, pressing a button, or automatic fall detection. The Symphony medical alert system includes devices like the Voice-Activated Smart Hub which enables calls for emergency assistance or to trusted caregivers, the Optional Care Button which provides an additional way to call for emergency response by pressing a button, and a caregiver app which provides updates on your loved one's well-being when apart. The Symphony Essential Bundle also includes a Fall Sensor which automatically detects falls in the bathroom and Motion Sensors to detect movement throughout the home.

Do I Need A Professional To Set Up A Symphony System At Home?
The Symphony medical alert system is designed for quick, easy setup and use. No professional installation is required. The components are compact, non-intrusive and adaptable to different home configurations. Once you install the devices, you can activate your system online or over the phone. When you activate, you will confirm a monthly subscription that includes unlimited 4G service, 24/7 emergency response call center support, and more.
What's The Difference Between The Symphony Systems?
There are two bundles for the Symphony medical alert system, the Basic Bundle, and the Essential Bundle. The Basic Bundle comes with a voice-activated Smart Hub with built-in motion, temperature and air quality sensors, a Care Button (optional for wearing), the caregiver app for remote monitoring and unlimited 4G service for calls to and from the Smart Hub for 24/7 emergency support. The Essential Bundle includes all of that, plus a fall sensor that features automatic fall detection for the bathroom and additional Motion Sensors to detect movement throughout the house. If your loved one lives in a larger space the Essential Bundle could be the best fit for their needs. Customers must purchase either the Essential Bundle or Basic Bundle before adding other devices such as Entry Sensors or additional Motion Sensors. Both bundles require a monthly subscription.
Where Should I Set Up Symphony Devices?
Symphony is designed to be compatible with any home setup. The Smart Hub should be placed where the senior spends the most time. The Fall Sensor, which is available in the Essential Bundle, should be set up in the bathroom where the most falls occur (Wi-Fi connection is needed). Motion Sensors can be placed in other commonly uses places, like the bedroom, kitchen, or family room, to detect additional movement throughout the home Entry Sensors should be placed on doors, windows, and cabinets to detect when they are being opened or closed. The Mobile Companion is used outside of the home for additional, on-the-go coverage.
