    Took for anxiety during pregnancy

    I started taking this when I was pregnant after it was recommended to me. Due to the hormonal changes in pregnancy, I began experiencing anxiety. In pregnancy, your options are very limited but this was very beneficial. After I started taking it, I do not recall experiencing any additional anxiety. I was happy to have found it and continue to take it.
