    Good in an emergency only

    It isn't one size fits all, not for small to medium hands. Hard to properly fit, gets lumpy, takes a microwave to heat, not everyone has a microwave or easy access to one, takes many times to get it to fit even somewhat comfortably. It does get hard like a cast and protects the thumb.

    Only comes in one size.

    This is too big for my hand, but it only comes in one size so I just make it work best I can.

    Does not help arthritis

    This is not for people's who have arthritis of the thumb joint. It did not help pain at all. Sever years ago I bought a different brace at CVS that was perfect. I will look for it on line.

    There’s better out there

    For a few bucks more you can get a better thumb brace.
