    Excellent, long lasting cold pack

    My husband bought one to put on his shoulder. I co - opted it to plant my left foot on it. Then I went to CVS to get TWO more of them. That's how much I love them and always want a cold one. They do last a long while, I mean, in their cold cold state. However, sometimes I want another one when I put one back in the freezer. Excellent for inflammation and swelling.

    Easy to use. Quick to freeze. Holds cold temp for at least 45 mins.
