Doesn't upset my stomach!
My doctor recommended iron as I do not need red meat and do not eat enough other iron rich food to supplement my diet. I take this on an empty stomach about a half an hour before breakfast and I have no problem at all. It is a good vitamin!
CVS 90 Count Iron is about what you would expect. It is an iron supplement that helps prevent anemia and that is why I purchased these. I have found that since I started taking these supplements, my energy has improved somewhat. I am not where I need to be, but I do feel these made somewhat of a difference.
