I got the @CVS strawberry melatonin 10mg gummies from @infuenster to try out and give my honest opinion. I will say they taste good and have the texture of a fruit snack. I will say the recommended dosage was too much for me. I take 1/2 of one so 5mg but if you really can’t Sleep and don’t get much sun, you can take up to 2 of them. I know melatonin is a natural supplement our bodies normally produce from sunlight exposer and that’s not something many of us get nowadays. I do find myself waking up in the middle of the night sometimes and have to take the second 1/2 of the gummy but that’s not every night. My adult son can’t take them because they give him extremely vivid dreams and that includes nightmares, so he refuses. It’s true they do for some reason give you vivid dreams. Good product
I’m so glad I was able to try out these gummies. I’m a natural insomniac so sleeping aids have helped me in the past. These are not as strong as the pill form however taking a couple 30 min before I go to sleep has helped me a little when I’m in desperate need.
