Provides absorption and easy disposal
Following urological surgery the need for highly absorbent and disposable underwear becomes very apparent. This product met all my needs. If any concern about size I would probably buy the next size up. I have a 44 inch waist and the XL/XXL fit well yet allowed me to drop the underwear down to use the bathroom maintaining it’s shape especially the elastic in the waist and legs.
