I took a chance...
When I bought these, I was uncertain that these would work on knees, however, my son tried using them and said they did really well in reducing inflammation and pain. I felt they were a little pricey, but in the end I found that they were worth it. Why didn’t they do this before?

Works well
Using this ice bag for a swollen broke ankle. Works well. It applies cold to the areas which I need without leaving my skin or clothing wet. Nice size and does the job that it needs to. Where are the hooks and fasteners?
This product is called ice bag and wrap. The instructions say to “use the hook and loop fastener…”. But there are no hoops or fastener. Therefore, it’s impossible to wrap the I’ve bag around your ankle, arm, etc. Instead there is half a strip of Velcro. But the other half of Velcro is missing. So you can’t even Velcro the strap together.
