Able to enjoy ice cream again
My daughter was diagnosed with 0 enzymes. Yes, ZERO. After cutting out all dairy from her diet for a year (and you would be surprised how mostly everything contains dairy) she was able to slowly re-introduce dairy by taking Lactaid fast acting pills. Lately dairy hasn't been kind to me. My daughter recommended this OTC medication. I take one pill each time I have dairy. I've noticed a positive change for the better.
