My Favorite Top Coat Effect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mermaid Effect is GORGEOUS! It transforms beautiful colors into ones that are luminous and shimmery. I topped Cucumber Sandwich with Mermaid Effect and you can clearly see the difference. A cool, green, crème opaque finish morphs into a soft sea foam green with a delicate, almost ethereal finish that shifts subtly between mint green, pale turquoise, and icy aqua depending on the light.
