Care provided in time and so satisfactory.
The cost was not known until after the visit. I had looked at my insurance coverage before making the appointment. Was expecting a $50 copay not $152. Had I known I would have gone elsewhere. Attempted to schedule online using my laptop but was unable to make an appointment, only virtual appointments were shown. Kept telling me no in person providers available. Had to switch to my phone to make the appointment. Should be able to use any platform, not limited to mobile.
The online scheduling was easy, and there was a MinuteClinic near my home. I was seen for my appointment at the scheduled time. I appreciated the CVS MinuteClinic option because I was unable to reach my primary doctor to schedule an appointment.
Service was punctual, thorough, and very helpful. I got exactly what I needed from my appointment and I would definitely return to this location if I needed another appointment.

I enjoyed my in-person meeting because I was treated properly for my sinus infection. Unfortunately a day or two beforehand, I did a video call and was not able to aquire some anti-biotics which my sinus infection absolutely needed :(
