I was able to schedule an appointment on short notice and received professional care and a prescription for my condition.
I could not get my test results. The process was confusing. I am 84 and can't navigate the process. Can you just call me?
Appointment was easy to schedule online and right on time and physician was very professional.
Our experience was positive and professional. We got out COVID shots with little discomfort by an expert nurse practitioner (the Provider).

I had an appointment at 2:10 pm. I arrived 20 minutes early and was prepared to wait for my scheduled time. Then the practitioner who saw me that day walked up and said "do you have an appointment"? I said "yes, I do. She proceeded to say "well you have to wait until 2:10 pm to been seen". I replied back "I am an early bird and don't mind waiting until my scheduled time". I found it very rude of her to ask me if I had an appointment and then tell me to wait when I was already prepared to wait. I won't be back to this location as it seemed that I was a bother to her and she didn't like me coming in early. Like I said I didn't mind waiting until my scheduled time and wasn't trying to been seen earlier than 2:10 pm. Very disappointed on how I was treated from the start. Plus, the CVS website said to arrive 15 minutes early.
