I signed up for a 910 appointment and due to some new system I wasn't seen until 9.45a. I use it fot quick service and now appointment times don't matter. Another way CVS tries to squeeze every little penny.
Quick, easy scheduling and excellent care.
I went in thinking that hey you can talk to a doctor well I guess not they only take part of what you said and said oh well we're going to take and set you up with an appointment and you can come back in and I will set aside 30 minutes for you would not listen to everything that I was trying to tell her and was cut off several times and I did not appreciate that because she's not going to go to know anything that I should get to explain it to her so she takes two pieces of everything that she needs to know and that's it and if she can't take a handle it but being a doctor and you're going in there to be seen because you don't have a doctor then she needs to listen not making excuse and then say oh well I'm giving you 20 minutes today next appointment will be at least 30 now when I go in here to tell you what's wrong you need to listen to what I'm telling you that's wrong
The provider was very thorough with her assessment. She listened to my symptoms and asked appropriate questions.
Apt was for 950am, arrived at 939am and was not seen until after 1030am.
Very quick and efficient and nurse practitioner was very friendly.
