The practitioner was professional and quick, but that quickness did not stop her from explaining things and asking questions. She seemed to really care about me, not just the thing she was treating but how I was emotionally surrounding the visit as well. She made sure I was well taken care of and that I knew what to expect from treatment. It was also easy to schedule my appointment online and I was seen right at my appointment time, no waiting for hours past when I was supposed to be seen.

CVS showed them as not being in my insurance network when they absolutely are. It required me to come out of pocket as self pay. I then have to wait up to 45 fays for my insurance company to view the claim I had to file to get a refund

Lady that waited on me this time explained things like i was 3 years old and I have a vast knowledge of medical and health care terminology. I was very sick and she could have prescribed an antibiotic to kill the sinus infection, ear infection and bronchitis. Instead I was on high levels of OTC meds for 5 days and feel no better. I contacted my doctor today to get the help I need.

When the After Visit Summary was emailed to me, I could not get in to read the summary because both my phone number and my email were not recognized by the system, even though I entered my correct email to which it was sent, and I used the same phone number I put on the online appointment info I completed. Plus I didn't know I was going to get that email and had forgotten to ask for a print; ended up driving back to get a copy. Also, I forgot to verify correct insurance info with the nurse, which I don't recall her mentioning either. (Hope it is all correct!)
