Virginia was friendly and professional. She listened to my explanation of my symptoms and clearly explained her diagnosis and treatment. My only concern is that if the culture's results come back indicating that I need a different antibiotic, that can take days before I hear back from the CVS clinic and start the effective antibiotic. I wish there was a way to call or message the clinic. That seems like a reasonable and simple request.
Very convenient, was able to test for strep and The Provider at the same place

Provider was great, but I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time to be seen
I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency and will definitely come back if I need a COVID, flu or strep test again.
The Dr. was great. But waiting for my appointment was awful. There were 2 people that were clearly very sick- coughing, not wearing masks. In order to be able to hear being called I couldn't get far enough away from them. And why is every CVS packed with stuff and in disarray?
Dr was ready to go home for the evening but decided to stay and help with cleaning out the wax in my ears. She could not have been nicer and also professional. She relieved me of my ear issue and if we had more doctors like her the world would be better off. Great experience
I appreciated the provider so much, she took her time to walk through my concerns.

I was in for a TB test and it did not leave the normal mark on my skin that it should've. There was no disclosure of reaction in the sun and when getting the TB test read, the practitioner did not appear to answer the questions well or professionally.
