I have gotten cold sores since I was a baby and this product is a miracle in a tube! I love Burt's Bees Cold Sore Treatment so much. It gives instant relief and helps my cold sores to go away in less than a week! I've never had a product come in so handy, not to mention it can be used multiple times. AMAZING! Buy it! Buy two!
This works SO WELL! I had a cold sore sprout Tuesday, it is now FRIDAY and it is GONE aside from a small red patch. This cream caused the sore to COMPLETELY skip the weeping stage, and the gross crusty stage after the weeping. The cold sore grew to less than HALF the usual size, it hurt significantly less, it itched less, and it's not nearly as dark, or angry, of a red after healing. The tube is teeny tiny, but a little bit goes a long way! This makes Abreva feel like a crappy placebo. Best Alternative to Abreva
When abreva is too expensive and you need a cheaper alternative, Burt's bee's definitely does the trick. Usually helps at the first sign of a cold sore but anytime using it relieved my pain and discomfort. It also helped it look less ugly in my opinion. Best purchase yet for Cold sores !
I have never written a review , but feel I have to on this one . I had a huge cold sore that swelled my whole upper lip . It was so bad I could barely open my mouth to drink or eat . I used abreva and releev which helped keep it at bay some , but no relief at all for my throbbing pain . Finally asked my husband to please go find something for the pain and swelling and we did reviews . Saw some good stuff about Burts Bees rapid rescue and figured it's worth a trip out to try it . Boy am I glad he did !! As soon as I opened the package and applied I felt relief I don't know if it will do anything else yet , but the pain relief was worth it alone . I will try to write another review after 24 hours of use . Thank you for helping me get relief !! I purchased Burt's Bees cold sore treatment along with two others, Abreva and Lysine. The Burt's Bees cold sore treatment worked best at soothing and healing my cold sore rapidly.
