I have less hair so I devided this product for 2 times using. Have Been Using this for MANy YEARS@

I wanted dark auburn or brunette with red highlights. No local stores carried it, ended up getting (2) 5R Medium Auburns, as I had a couppon. I look like Carrot Top. I looked onlne. 5R is listed as Dark Au;urn. I called # on back of box, several times . . . No one ever picked up - went straight to survey of my phone experience. I am unable to submit this without filling in how I would describe this product. I'm only offered 3 Very positive options, nothing negative. I guess I'll have to go with "Good for kids", as the world needs more carrot topped children with chemicals on their heads.
