Types of Dusters and How They Work:

Do Feather Dusters Work? 

Not all feather dusters are created equal, and it is important to investigate the origin of the feathers used in this house-cleaning tool. Some models use chicken feathers, which are not quite long or fluffy enough to effectively grab onto dust particles.
