Great for light activity
The comfort of this knee brace is great for light activity but nothing more than walking and a light jog to be honest. As someone who has had two ACL surgery’s this definitely doesn’t have the support I need to be super active but it is very comfortable for walking and being lightly active. Uncomfortable around the knee cap
I got a small for this knee brace. Immediately after taking it out of the box, there was a bit of an unpleasant smell. After putting the knee brace on, the support around the knee cap area was quite uncomfortable.
