It really works
These pills were easy to swallow. You have to take 3 with your first bite of dairy. I had a milk shake and usually I immediately have gas. I took these drank half the shake, 40 minutes later I took 3 more to finish the shake and I never felt gassy or like I had to poop. Unfortunately I did feal bloated as tho gas was trapped and didnt want to come out. My children were grateful that I didn't pass gas all night. I am grateful for not being stuck on the toilet. I received this complimentary product in exchange for my honest feedback. Overall, the product is packaged well. It worked well - you just need to use as directed: take 3 tablets at the first bite of dairy.
