I started taking these right before a trip to boost my immune system. Seemed to help me stay healthy before and during my trip, so that's a win! Def noticed a change
Was starting to get sick and start taking these. They're easy to take. Don't taste too bad don't give me that nauseous feeling after definitely notice a difference. I have taken a vitamin D supplement for about four years. I have low vitamin D, which is common in the area in which I live. This vitamin D seems to be working out for me. The size is perfect for anyone, especially those who find taking pills difficult. It's smooth and goes down easy. It has absolutely no taste at all. I get my D level checked annually, and it's been within normal limits, so I know that this product actually works. I find that I trust CVS products over all. easy to take!
I am low in Vitamin D and I love taking these soft gels as I find them easier to take. I also love this dosage because I can add to how many I need to take and visversa. Convenient Double Strength
