This product is formulated with naphazoline HCl and pheniramine maleate to relieve the annoying symptoms you are experiencing. Naphazoline HCl works by constricting blood vessels to reduce the amount of swelling and itching, and pheniramine maleate works by preventing histamines from being released. Directions This product is only meant to be used by adults and children over 6 years old. Follow the instructions properly when using this product.
