Product was surprisingly easy to use! I wrapped my foot because of blisters, following a run in new shoes. It worked like moleskin. This is a great product to have in your medical kit for sprains, added support, etc. breathes well, and did not cause moisture buildup. Excellent fist aid kit
These wraps are super handy and provide excellent support without sticking to skin or hair. I've used them for minor wrist and ankle support, and they stay in place really well. They're flexible, easy to tear, and reusable for light use. A great quality wrap
Tape works great for wrapping ankles and wrists. Quality is good, so it will last the full day. Great sports wrap
I have been using this wrap to stabilize my wrist, which has severe tendinitis. I love that it is self adhering, and you don't have to be bothered with those metal clips or medical tape to hold it in place. It does stay in place, even with a lot of movement and activity. It is firm enough to stabilize the area, but at the same time flexible enough to be comfortable. Removal is easy, and it doesn't pull at the skin or hair on the skin. I think it will also be great for holding larger bandages in place and keeping them somewhat waterproof. Great Health Tape!!!
