Amazing scent, soft buttery texture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am reviewing this product through an incencitized campaign through influencer. I have looked at products similar to this one in the past because i have never been a fan of thick foam shaving creams. So i was pretty stoked to give this one a try. My first impression is that the packaging is attractive and a lovely lavender color. The scent might just be my favorite part - its almost akin to vanilla cupcake frosting. This may be too sweet of a fragrance for some but i couldnt help but feel like i was happily diving into a big yummy cupcake. The consistency is nice, thick and creamy and not foaming. It creates a soft milky lather when washed away. The actual shaving experience was nice; no nicks or razor burn. It left my skin buttery soft after towel drying and left a soft lingering sweetness. Not quite sure— Will take some getting used to!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff smells SO yummy. It reminds me of the Philosophy Fresh Cream scent which is one of my favorites. The bottle is easy to control how much product comes out which I love because some shaving creams come out way too fast and waste product. But the consistency of this is just a bit difficult to use. It is like a think lotion and being used to traditional shaving creams which coat your skin very obviously, this is very light so it feels as though it isn't doing much. It is a bit hard to spread because it is almost a solid. I haven't had any razor bumps or things of that nature so it might just take some getting used to!
