Expressie is the best

It's a bright blue - that honestly reminds me of a rival school to my team in college - and it's completely outstanding and beautiful. Not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally enjoy Essie products, but this formula is awful. I tried numerous times to apply the polish evenly and every time it looked splotchy. It was a waste of time and effort. Totally shocked because I thought the brand could do no wrong. I couldn't even wear it out in public. Would not recommend.
