[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These kitchen scissors are a must have for any type of kitchen! These utility shears by goodcook are very high quality, hardy and can be used for more then just cutting! Okay so they have a built-in bottle opener and even a jar opener which has been a life saver for me! It can unscrew caps on something as hard as a bottle or as simple as a bottle of water. The scissor blades are made from food-safe stainless steel so can be used directly on herbs to cut or trim your chicken or whatever else you need to cut or clean up before cooking. Very comfortable plastic handles and the scissors are even dishwasher safe! An amazing all around product that fits in just one hand. Very happy to be an owner of these! Perfect kitchen use

Maybe I would never have to reach for another pair, or a knife to cut my chicken leg from the thigh. Maybe I could cut up the lunch meat when I make chipped BBQ ham...maybe. However, it just was not meant to be. These scissors lasted maybe 5 minutes out of package. I opened them, washed them, and then when I went to put them in the dish drainer, I missed, and they went clattering to the floor. and promptly broke into 2 pieces. And cannot be fixed. Great shears!

These are fantastic! Very affordable. very impressed with the quality, seem very high end for an average price. solid scissors, has a notch for cutting wires

They're not the most comfortable, but they do have extra features that are nice if they're useful for you (good tradeoff if so).
