I'm sorry I waited so long to use this!
My hair was 1 foot of very nice steel gray and 18 inches of brassy blonde. The color came out darker than the picture but so is my natural gray. The blend is perfect. I could't be more pleased!

Doesn’t work
I used this product (espresso color) about 10 years ago and worked very well to dye my hair. I'm not sure if the quality ingredients have changed over the year, but I left this on 40 mins and it dyed my hair a light chocolate brown not dark brown and did not cover my grey hair AT ALL! I'm extremely disappointed because now I have to re dye my hair again! I'm not very happy with this product any longer.

Beware! Do not use free shampoo sample in box!
Colored my hair 8/14/22. Waited until 8/17/22 to shampoo. Do not use the sample packet of shampoo in the box!! It is loaded with sulphates and stripped the color from my roots worse than Head and Shoulders! Went from full gray coverage to faded roots shades lighter than the rest of my hair! What a waste! Too soon to recolor! Will never use your shampoo again!!

Thought this said NEVER WRECKS!!
I used Feria Hi Lift Cool Brown B61, and it turned out ash grey with a touch of lavender. What a nightmare!

Switching brands is always a bit scary
I know if I don't select a neutral then I'll end up with red tones or grey green tones. This worked perfectly when switching from Loreal Dark Brown 4 neutral. Beautiful multi faceted color

Great grey coverage without having to go so dark
I did not have to pick out a dark, dark color in order to get the grey dyed properly. The color has the most interesting slight reddish tint to it. I love it.
