Remove cap and twist pen to dispense gel. Smile wide, keeping lips away from teeth. Apply two thin coats to teeth. If using as a whitening pen, wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking. If using as a stain repellent you can enjoy your favorite staining food or beverage (coffee, tea, red wine etc.) 60 seconds after application. Use daily!
