I barely use the darker colors though, because they went on almost too dark and heavy for the looks that I typically go for. However, I use them more for a base for my lids sometimes when I'm going for some depth and dimension. The pigments in the eye shadows are so great. A little goes a long way with this product which is something I personally love! Even though it's a more natural and matte palette, I would have liked to have had at least one of the lighter colors to have some shimmer to them. That is one of the only reasons why I didn't give it 5 stars. Other than that, I love this palette and will buy this in the future. I usually bring this out to touch up my make up. The city mini palette is perfect for a spring and summer look. The pinkish eyeshadow is perfect for a hint of color under the eye, or you can use it as a eyeliner for that extra hint of color. I usually love matte/neutral pallets but the shades in this one were either too dark or too light for me. I am fair skinned so the lighter shades didn't show up at all... I would've loved to try a colored pallet. Maybe my opinion would be different. - samarrahReviewed 7 years agoI was really pleasantly surprised with the pigmentation of colors and how well they blended together! This mini eyeshadow pallets made my eyes pop, which most drugstore products don't do. I usually don't wear a lot of eye shadow, but this palette can be the exception of the rule. The colors are fantastic, highly pigmented, long lasting and the colors go along with a lot of skin tones, even on a pale face like mine.
