You can take between 1-3 gummies, so you can tailor these to the amount you need, which is much appreciated. I also like the fact that these combine fiber and vitamins so I don't need 2 separate supplements. The gummies are very soft, and taste like a mix of berries and citrus, I like that they are not too sweet.
