I haven't taken them long enough to tell if they have done anything. My nails seem stronger. They taste just like candy its hard not to continue to eat them. Great tasting vitamin

are these candy?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so glad to have gotten these! I had just run out of my other hair, skin, nails vitamins….and these taste like dessert. Kind of killing two birds with one stone. It's only been 3 weeks, so can't give 5 stars yet…but my hair is a lot shinier thanks normal. I'm looking forward to seeing results!

Great if you have a sweet tooth!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who doesn't have too much of a sweet tooth, I found these mildly cloying! However, as vitamin hummus go, these taste pretty good and don't have a ton of grittiness. I do feel some more strength in the nail department but no notable changes elsewhere

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can honestly say that I saw an improvement in my nails. They are stronger and growing faster after taking these vitamins for a month. Not to mention they taste good! However, I wouldn't recommend these for families with small children because they are deceptively candy-like; it even says "jelly beans" on the label. But other than that, a great way to biotin and keratin to your health regiment.
